AGM will be held on Saturday 5th November 2011 in St Johns church hall at 2pm
The agenda will be circulated shortly. It would be great to see as many plot holders as possible
Refreshments will be served whilst rents are collected, please remember to bring cash or cheque payable to Loughton parochial charities with you on the day.
